Account access
Use the official account route to sign in securely, recover access and review account settings. Always check the destination before entering personal details.
Recovery and verification
- Use the official password reset route.
- Check the registered inbox and spam folder.
- Contact support when the account remains locked.
- Never share a one-time code or password.
What to check when login fails

Work through these checks in order:
- Confirm the email address or username. Remove accidental spaces and make sure autofill has not selected another website or account.
- Enter the password manually once. Check capitalisation, keyboard layout and copied spaces.
- Open a fresh browser tab if the existing session has expired or stopped responding.
- Confirm that the connection is stable and let the form finish loading before submitting.
- Use password recovery if the credentials still fail.
- Contact account support if the service displays a restriction or recovery cannot identify the account.
Do not send a password, reset link or one-time security code to anyone offering login help. When contacting support, provide the error message, device, browser and approximate time of the attempt instead.
Separate a credential error from a loading error before changing the password. If the form accepts the submission and reports an incorrect identifier or password, one careful manual entry followed by recovery is appropriate. If the button never responds, fields disappear or the account area remains blank, first reload the browser session and test the connection. Resetting a valid password will not repair a stalled page.
Autofill deserves a specific check when several accounts or casino sites are saved on the device. Tap into each field, reveal the password only when the device is private and confirm that the stored entry matches Crypto Loko. A password manager may preserve an old password after a reset, so update the saved record only after the new credential has worked in the live sign-in form.
Recovering access when the password is forgotten
Password recovery restores access to the existing account; it is not a reason to register again.
- Select the forgotten-password or account-recovery option from the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address or other account detail requested.
- Check the inbox, junk and spam folders for the recovery message.
- Open the newest valid link and choose a unique password.
- If the link has expired, submit one fresh request.
- If no message arrives or the registered inbox is unavailable, use the account-help channel shown by Crypto Loko.
After resetting the password, sign in normally and review the account for unfamiliar activity or any security notice. Protect the registered email account because it may control future recovery.
When several recovery messages arrive, use only the newest link and close the earlier ones. Complete the reset in one browser session, then return to a fresh sign-in form instead of resubmitting the recovery page. If the newest link is already expired, request one replacement and wait for it; repeated requests can leave multiple links whose validity is difficult to distinguish.
Signing in from a mobile browser
Crypto Loko uses browser-based mobile access, so the same account credentials work on a compatible phone or tablet. Open the website directly, select Login and check each field before submitting. The browser settings guidance can help if the form is cropped, slow or incomplete.
If the page does not display correctly, rotate the device, reopen the browser or try another current browser. Avoid shared phones and public Wi-Fi where possible. After signing in, confirm that the expected profile and balance are visible before using account or cashier tools.
Mobile keyboards can introduce capitalisation, spaces or substitutions that are less obvious than on desktop. Check whether the email field added a trailing space, whether the keyboard changed language and whether a copied password included an extra character. If the login works in one current browser but not another, remove the stale Crypto Loko site data from the failing browser rather than changing the account credentials again. Clearing that data signs the session out but does not reset the account password.
Account-access checks
Good account security reduces both login problems and the risk of unauthorised access:
- Use a long, unique password for Crypto Loko.
- Secure the email account used for recovery.
- Save credentials only on a personal device you control.
- Sign out after using any shared device.
- Keep the browser and operating system current.
- Ignore requests for passwords, recovery links, private keys or one-time codes.
- Change the password from a trusted device if you notice unfamiliar activity.
If access is blocked by an account review, record the message and use the support method provided by the service. Browser troubleshooting cannot remove an account restriction.
Where do I log in?
Open the Crypto Loko sign-in form and enter the credentials linked to your existing account. New players need to register first.
What if my password is rejected?
Check the account identifier, capitalisation, keyboard layout and autofill entry. If one careful retry fails, use password recovery instead of continuing to guess.
How do I request a reset?
Select the recovery option from the login form, enter the registered account detail and follow the newest reset message. Choose a unique password when access is restored.
Why did the reset email not arrive?
Check junk and spam folders, confirm the email address and wait briefly before making one new request. If the registered inbox is unavailable or no message arrives, use Crypto Loko account support.
Can I log in from mobile?
Yes. Use the same credentials in a current mobile browser. Crypto Loko’s supported mobile route is browser access rather than a verified native app.
